Terms Of Services

1: Payment Guidelines:

*Payment must be made through PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App. E-checks are not accepted.

*For purchases requiring shipping, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

*Commissions require an upfront payment of 25-50%. Final drafts/files will be delivered upon full payment.

*If no communication or payment is received within 2-3 weeks, the commission slot will be forfeited.

2: Refund and Chargeback Policy:

*Once work has begun on your commission, refunds are not available.

*Chargebacks will result in being blocked and a public warning issued within my community.

3: Art Commission Process:

*Complete references or detailed descriptions are essential for accurate commissions.

*I specialize in concept art. For concept art, detailed explanations are required.

*Multiple revisions will be provided to meet your requirements.

*Work-in-progress updates (WIPs) are available on request.

*The initial draft will have room for minor changes, while significant concept changes will incur additional costs.

4: Copyright Information:

*For commercial use of commissioned art, purchasing copyrights is mandatory.

*This requires an additional payment of 200%.

*For instance, if your commission costs $200, purchasing copyrights will make the total $400.

5: Artistic Expertise:

I am skilled in various artistic styles and themes, including :
*Concept art
*Anime art
*Furry art
*DnD art
*FFXIV art
*Vtuber models
*Manga art
*Comic art
*Goth art
*Gore art
*Stream-related designs
*Age Restrictions:
*Lewd art
(lewd artwork is not merely NSFW)
Please note that you must be at least 15 years old to request gore art.

Flat colors:
